It's the second time I eat at this restaurant with my companion. at our last visit (August 2020, on a Sunday evening) we ordered a lamb dish near salty (servis with rosemary cooked potatoes, a delight), and a piece of black angus (with croquettes, the best that my companion had ever eaten he said: the dishes were succulent! We took a dessert: a lemon sorbet and a waffle of straps: disappointment on the latter, it was much too hard according to my companion, he ate only one piece (no gesture from the staff on this side, type refund or digestive damage.)
