Bidra med feedbackOverall it was a good experience. However, our table was not properly set when we sat down we were missing items. Our server took a while to come over but she did apologize. The calamari was good but I did not like the chicken parmigiana. I expectedmore from this place. I?ve made better at home. The chicken was very bland. There was barely any cheese covering it and thespaghetti was bland as well. I didn?t even eat the spaghetti the sauce was watery not thick and robust. It tasted like somethingout of a can not a quality restaurant. My sister had the same and felt the same. My mom and cousin enjoyed the Italian weddingsoup. The bread was good also I was just really disappointed by my meal.
March 2022 update: I recommend making reservations at least 2 weeks ahead of time if you?re coming on a weekend. Seems like the reservations fill up fast. They did have a waitlist for people, but I?m not sure how long the wait was. Service is alwaysexcellent. Food is still great though our pasta had some undercooked pieces on our latest visit. It was also a little toosalty. Original review: The food was awesome. Complimentary bread comes with three dips.
We visited on a Tuesday, and surprisingly, it was quite busy. I ordered the pizza while my husband got the chicken parmesan. Although it took a bit of time to arrive, my pizza was served hot, whereas the chicken parmesan was cold—definitely not even warm. I suspect it had been sitting while my pizza was cooking. We brought this to the attention of our server, Lennox, and he addressed it immediately. The dish returned piping hot and delicious. Lennox truly saved the day! Our main server, Madelin, was also great. She had a lot of tables to manage, so we were thankful for Lennox's assistance. Overall, everything was good. I’m giving it four stars because there was a bit of inconsistency with food quality, but the food and service were still commendable. We’ll definitely be back!
We had a fantastic meal! Although we didn’t have a reservation, we were quickly seated at the chef's table. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the beef ravioli in pink sauce and the capellini shrimp scampi, both of which were excellent.
I've dined here multiple times in the past and it used to be one of my favorites. However, I've noticed a decline in service, atmosphere, and food quality recently. I arrived late at 9:40 PM, just before closing time at 10 PM, hoping to enjoy a simple pizza. Instead, it felt like the restaurant was already closed—there was loud banging, and the staff seemed to be hurriedly cleaning up, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere. Some of the staff were just standing around on their phones or chatting in the back, which added to the chaos. As regular customers, we felt rushed and unappreciated. I’ve brought my family here many times before, but it seems to be suffering from a lack of on-site management. It's unlikely that we will return.
