It really depends on the day and who is working. I only gave them 3.5 stars bc the last time I went they were only serving chicken nuggets and fries. Literally. The guy came on the drive thru speaker and said that was all they had. He told the car in front of me that too. But if u want fried chicken, it's really the only chicken place nearby so you'll just have to deal with it. I wish Cajuns still had a drive thru. It's more of a drive, but they have more side items and the customer service is better.

The last three times we visited and purchased a two piece meal the chicken was too overcooked and dried up.so hard I couldn't chew it.. I returned it and they did replace it with the fresh batch . The rice and Mac n cheese cups are only half full m

Ordered online and went inside to pick up. Fresh, hot, juicy chicken was delicious. My whole family was stuffed and full. The fries were good, the sides, my mom ate all the coleslaw. They forgot only 1 side out of 7 and all we did was go back inside and they handed it right to us. Definitely one of the best Popeye's around me.

My husband and I went in the store and ordered takeout and we received excellent customer service by Jaquinca and the store manager Coleen. Our order was accurate and was hot and tasty. We will definitely be back.

For the last 2 times I've ordered an 8 piece or better on the mobile app and I been told to always pull up and wait.. jus don't kno how to feel I don't wanna wait that why I placed the mobile order but I like it fresh tho
