Kfc - Biloxi

The most ignorant people I?ve ever met in my life. Asked for mashed potatoes and mac cheese, got corn. Asked for plain chicken littles, got fully dressed chicken littles. Went back, asked for the original order we wanted and literally got given a thing ofmashed potatoes. We were polite and everything but the lack of work ethic in these people have left me mind boggled. Waste oftime and money that I will never get back because to be quite honest I don?t think they could do the math to refund my money soI won?t even bother going back.

2/3 chicken small rolls were extremely stale there mayo over the whole wrapper, the inside of the bag, and on the serviettes there was enough mayo for 10 chicken small

Eating is good and for most part is in the regular hot when ordered. the employees are ghetto. Yes, it was necessary to use this word. it's easier for them to understand what I mean. I can hardly understand what the girl says in the orderbox. talk extremely fast. cut off in the middle of the order as if it is in a hurry to go. in the meantime there is no one in the line and no customers in the inner. So why the hurry? if I ask to make my order on a certain wise, it's never the same as desired. it is a very small question. it doesn't need anything to slow down and be nice to someone. this new generation of children needs more training in customer service before being placed on a layer. they will drive their customers away!

The service was curt and a little slow to start. But the food was gathered quickly and was warm. It tasted exactly as I expected. So it will be what you want if you want some KFC.
