I made a reservation for 4 people to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday at a restaurant in Biloela. Unfortunately, we were given a very large table that made it difficult for us to converse with each other. We had to wait over 5 minutes before we were even given menus, and to make matters worse, they did not have any Diet Coke available. One of the dishes we wanted, Tericka chicken, was not available and when our meals finally arrived, only 2 out of the 4 orders were brought out. The chicken and veg with cashews and the garlic chicken dishes tasted very similar, with one missing the cashews. We grew impatient waiting for the remaining meals and started eating, but they never arrived. After complaining, they brought out one more meal which did not meet our expectations. The overall experience was disappointing, with the Mongolian Beef tasting overwhelmingly like soy sauce. The excuse for the slow service was that they were busy, focusing more on takeout orders than on their dining customers. The service, food quality, and atmosphere all received a low rating. The price per person was between A$20-40 for dinner.

We arrived at the restaurant early and had a lovely meal. We had dinner and the price per person was A$60-80. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent with a rating of 5 for each category.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars, as my girlfriend and I showed up twice during their posted hours of operation, only to find that they were closed.
