Outback Steakhouse Billings

My family and I went in last night. Our server Stephanie (I believe that was her name) was so nice, refilled our drinks, gave us more bread, just overall amazing. The hosts however were very rude and snarky when we walked in. Didn’t ask how we were and when we left, we didn’t get a goodbye or have a nice night.

Despite the restaurant being very busy, our server (Stephanie) was great. She handled our table efficiently and courteously, and never made us feel like she was rushing. The food was good (as it always is), but it's disappointing that they've removed both Prime Rib and New York Strip from their menu.

From the outside it looks like Outback went through a divorce and lost its vigor. On the inside, it was to be expected. It was clean but very basic and the menu leaves a lot to be desired, it the same menu I saw as a kid in HS. That being said though the food was that we had was infact very tasty and made great leftovers as well. I just think it's basic. The servers were very nice and attentive..I would go back if they have some seasonal menu or specials. Ooo do try the French Onion soup on Fridays.

GREAT experience. Our waitress was Mercedes, she was very clear when speaking, knew the menu very well, was very kind, probably best server I’ve had. Food was delicious, I got the chicken strips/tenders with broccoli and rice. Broccoli was incredible for being broccoli. Food was out standing. Very clean, great management, Thankyou!

We were happy with our experience. we had excellent food. the service was decent. I recommend getting the extra shot or getting dinge "Australian style "food: 5/5
