Bidra med feedbackThe food is always great and people are generally nice, but my food is always wrong and late when you order online. You need to triple and check the waiting time. That means I'm in agreement from now on. It's usually worth it.
I want to love this place more. I used to eat here religiously... but After the solid crew that had been there years left, everything quality left too. I haven't been back in a year, the place was so gross, kitchen gross, like we can see it so you'd think it would be better. I got a quesadilla that is normally worth while, I should have went to taco bell.. my tortilla was the correct size, it wasn't even round..thick. cut and looked like a complete massacre. Then a week later we tried it again, thought fluke, no even dirtier ... people looked like they hated being there my food was still not up to company par and was just a huge cry from what I know it CAN be.
This place is one of my favorites. Or at least it used to be. Seems to have really gone downhill in the last few weeks tho. If you take the risk, here’s some things to avoid. -If you like mint limeade, make it at home. They will be out and they won’t remake it. -Lower your expectations. If the menu says it comes with sour cream, pico and guacamole, please don’t actually expect to get sour cream, pico or guacamole. Or at least not all three. You might get one or the other and it’s always a fun surprise to see which one. Don’t order(and pay for) extra meat because instead of honoring said expensive request, they add enough cheese to choke a horse. So you *think* you’re getting a solid meal worth the money, but instead it’s just huge globs of cheese. Which is fine if that’s what you wanted. I mean we all like cheese… but I paid for steak. The dashers are wonderful. But can’t help you. If you report inaccuracy to DoorDash, they made offer you a small refund, which may cover the missing meat, but you are still stuck with your order as delivered. If you call the restaurant, they offer you an in store credit for your next meal. Or at least they said they do. After calling twice, giving my info twice and signing up for the app, I’ve yet to receive a single voucher. So, alas… I will be seeking my food fix elsewhere for awhile until this gets worked out.
Just barely OK this trip. Short staffed it appeared, not dirty but not clean, homemade tortilla machine broken which meant store bought type tortillas. 30 minutes in line 1:30 in the afternoon. Will give them another shot before I kick this location to the curb.
I dunno what happens after 8pm, but it seems that after this time your guys' night crew forgets how to count, cook, bad attitude, etc... I know how it is at night... all the closing crew wanna do is get the closing stuff done and go home.... but its not an excuse to slack off on quality and service. Especially when they still have a few hours left on close...
