Bidra med feedbackI give this restaurant a solid 5 stars because the staff was incredibly cheerful and friendly. However, I did order the tomato hummus, and when I opened the box to eat it, I found that they forgot to include any tomato slices. #tomatolessinBillerica #tryingnottoKaren
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. After waiting in the drive-thru, I was informed that their credit card machine was down and that I would need to come inside. I asked the employee why she couldn't just walk the six feet to the terminal, and she said it was because she didn’t want to. I won't be returning, especially since there were two other employees just standing around.
Saturday at 15 o'clock. seven employees. 7! Another one next to me. 2 in the drive thru. it took 10 minutes to get 1 n cheese. many fool around. it is little work, and the girl that managed the register had the personality of a dead fly. I know it's hard to get good help, but all the women fire. the young were the only ones who actually worked.
The person working there seems incredibly unhappy and beaten down. *sarcasm* They clearly don’t enjoy their job, and it shows. There’s no friendly “good morning” or “have a great day,” even though it’s just 5 o’clock. They could definitely benefit from hiring someone better.
