I have the impression that the Sitarska Restaurant is a bit underrated on the culinary map of Roztocze. The interior of the restaurant is in a simple style referring to traditional Bilgoraj embroidery. The climate is added by old photographs from the series what Biłgoraj used to look like Lublin Bilgoraj village . Sunday evening managed to get a table without prior reservation without any problems. An addition a snack in the form of delicious, full grain sifter bread (which can be ordered and bought at the premises! with lard. Food : We ordered the Bilgoraj dumplings and the duck dumplings. Biłgoraj dumpling served warm with herb butter and a dollop of sour cream. Really tasty, absolutely on the list to try! Dumplings with duck served with warm cranberry sauce. Delicious stuffing!
