La Ribera - Bilbao

We ordered 8 different kinds of pintxos or tapas. My brother ordered Sangria and I ordered kape con Leche. Food we ate were all delicious from the calamari to brown sausages with quail egg on top. The market is beautiful itself. Very clean bathroom. It's across the green train station very easy to commute to.

We went for a bite to eat and asked the waitress but she pointed at some tables and told us we could only have tapas and order at the bar. We then ordered at the bar only to be told by the waiter they had no table service, but we could see other people ordering food from menues and being served. The food was far too salty and not very good, in fact we found some fried squid in our patatas bravas!!. Location is great but service unfortunately appalling. We felt unwelcomed

This was the last stop on our food and wine tour in Bilbao. The Iberian ham was delicious and the sangrias were worth staying to have another one! And such a fun venue in the Market. You should definitely stop here if you're in Bilbao!

Un espacio con dos ambientes diferenciados. Primera planta para gastrodeleitarse con locales de pintxos y segunda con puestos tradicionales de mercado de abastos. Una joya arquitectónica destacando sus vidrieras de colores.

Siempre que paso por Bilbao me paro a comer aquí y me encanta... Buen producto, buena cocina y muy buen trato. Me encanta este sitio!
