Gran Bilbao

Hotel y habitaciones excepcionales, incluso con máquina de agua en los pasillos, muy buen restaurante y las chicas de recepción súper amigables y le ayudan en todo.

Cada vez que voy a Bilbao me quedo en este gran hotel. La gran calidad de la comida y el bien para hacer. Para probar los donuts y las bombas saludables es un placer, he probado casi todos los platos, carne excelente, pollo sádwich mi favorito.

Poorest meal I have had in a restaurant for a long time. Just a rubbish imitation of Pad Thai. Real shame...the wine was OK and the waiting staff were fine but the food...oh dear.

Breakfast and dinner are both buffets, so you can get what you want from a wide selection. The food is good as is room service.

We had one meal. The entrecote was very good at 16€ and the monkfish superb at 19€. A good bottle of rioja was on promotion at 12€. Enjoyed the food and wine but the atmosphere was a bit empty.
