Great American Steakhouse - Ciudad Juárez

I had planned to visit this place during my business trip to ciudad juárez, my reservation made as I take a customer to dinner, we arrived on time to the reservation and it was my surprise that the restaurant did not have record with the personal in front of my client, and we had to wait until about 40 minutes to be given a table. we finally got a table and once the waiters realized that we didn't want any alcohol, they decided to forget our table and to give more attention to the higher controls. sad. Maybe I shouldn't have waited and argued, I would have been in the mood to spend more time and money in their restaurant.

The food was a bit mixed. He was dry and my nativity was not fleshy. the service has all that would help to live in. there was no interest in our table.

Service was slow, food was undercooked, a lot of employees but not one came to the table after the food was delivered.
