Bidra med feedbackL 347 of 20.12.2013, p. 1.) we received room cd 237, instead of originally cd 142, a distinct difference from what was required in our reservation: a. second floor unit instead of a first floor unit. b. king bed instead of two queen bed. c. sofa instead of futon. 2. we came into our room, and the only window air conditioning didn't work. a. in front office we were told that it would be fixed immediately. the front office individual cried and told her that they forget to say maintenance that the ac does not yet work in cd 237. (same as the problem was known before b. when the time passed, we asked another room as we checked early, thought we could possibly be displaced to maintenance a chance to repair the air conditioning before other guests check in. that would have allowed us to sit and enjoy our day. we said it wasn't possible. c. we waited patiently for our ac to be repaired. we said the maintenance repaired a television in another room. d. when the maintenance appeared, she tried and could not repair the unit. she told us that a new unit was ordered, but was not expected for another three days. she wanted to create a portable unit. e. we waited patiently. f. finally, a portable unit was brought to us. it only worked well enough to cool the bedroom. 3. the extendable sofa did not work. it had a sign that it was out of order. a. since we originally expected two queens, we had to request a roll bed. b. the office was closed again. Nobody answered that phone. I went into the bar where a bartender could hold the maintenance, who said that the rollaway would be right up. c. we waited patiently. d. we took a chance and went to dinner (the restaurant was closed on Tuesday because of short-circuited) that was there when we came back. 4. at the end we was wasted 4 hours of valuable vacation time, which tried to sort out everything. cd 142 didn't seem to be occupied. 6. other expenditures with cd 237: a. cabinetd with used color cans and color reserves. b. when opening the cabinet door (turned out to be the water heater), the blind drawer surface fell off. c. the deep cooler was over frost and had to be defrozen as the refrigerator. a bad 1-star experience at a 4-star price.
This resort is nothing what it appears to be. Choose another resort. Otherwise you're wasting your money and points. We were put in a room with broken lock and missing drapes. Found a jewel vape in the bathroom as well.
I am only giving this place a rating because the previous review does not accurately reflect the experience I had.
Despite the fantastic area landscape the resort/condo/apt. well was average at best. The staff service and support was non existent. No amenities available for use. Our party felt like we did not exist to MC staff/operations. The unit we stayed in is in need of a upgrading, appliances and plumbing need attention
My family and I visited this restaurant in August 2021 and stayed in a two-bedroom apartment right by the waterfront. Our apartment had a balcony with a stunning view of the water and one of the bedrooms even had floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment was much roomier than I anticipated, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The kids had a blast in the pool, and we all loved the location. I imagine that staying in an apartment not facing the bay would feel very different - many of the other apartments are on a hill and not as charming. Some even face a large parking lot. But ours was fantastic.
