Bidra med feedbackUnfortunately this was a miss for us.The sushi was below average… the rice was not seasoned with vinegar at all and the rolls were 70% rice.We waited a long time for our food, probably almost an hour between the appetizers and the main meal.Service was not the greatest either. Our server only came by to take our order and then give us the check.
Quality service and great atmosphere. We loved everything we ordered. Edamame, Lake Powell Roll, Weekend at Burnie’s, Pow Surfer Roll and Enter Salmon Roll.
Cool decorations and presentations. I got to discover a few things I had never eaten or even heard of before. Really nice to have a sushi joint in the mountains here.
What a joke. Already our expectation for ski mountain sushi is about as low as it gets but wow. What a mess. Food was incredibly late, the shiahito peppers were totally raw on the inside but blackened and charred on the outside. They smelled like burned rubber and we had to ask the waiter to remove them from the table. Everything has unagi sauce on it (sweet sauce) so you’re not even tasting the food itself. Restaurant was only 1/4 full so we were confused as to why the food never came. Now we’ve been here 2 hrs and are too angry to wait any longer for the main meal.
Never a good sign when the best part of the restaurant is the music playing. We already had low expectations of a landlocked sushi restaurant, but this was unbearable. Painfully, ridiculously, comically slow service. Sushi you would expect to find at an airport in Oklahoma. But of course all for the price of a high-end sushi restaurant in Manhattan. Far and away the worst meal we had in big sky. With so many great restaurants around here this place should be avoided at all costs. I just hope I don’t get sick from this god awful meal.
