Bidra med feedbackBeautiful and new restaurant in the village. I had the chicken fatuccine alfredo and the woman had the chicken cacciatore. perfect dinner size portion. great waiter and bus staff. the owner was there and welcomed all patrons, locals and visitors alike.
We ended up here because of discrimination at peppercorn grille. They came up with 3 excuses for not to seat us. Anyways.. that's another story. This place turned out to be the best choice at the end of our trip. Definitely recommended.!
The staff here was super nice, and the service was speedy. Good ambiance. However I need to talk about the gluten free meatballs. I had the gluten free penne with the gluten free Turkey and pork meatballs. Never have I ever experienced a meatball such as this. She was dense let me tell you. Not in the good way.
Honestly I was crossing my fingers for this place but It is not what It used to be, the food for all my guest was nothing they would like to remember. Not much of a wait for a large party, but very very overpriced. I think what we enjoyed more was the calamari and mozzarella sticks (not sure if it was because we were starving and that was first on the table) but our entrées were not so great. Most of us got pasta, and they just seemed to be lacking a lot of flavor. I got the chicken piccata and it was way too oily not enough lemon. My guest even mentions CPK's chicken piccata was better and that sort of a disgrace since CPK is nowhere near authentic. Pizza was fair but again $30+ for a personal sized pizza, that's about $6 a splice? not worth it. All in all don't think we will be back, much rather wait for Oakside.
Great food clean. Waitress and hostess very polite. I ordered the shrimp scampi and spaghetti and meatball
