The only one that has 5 stars is the service, nothing to say. Pool plus u minus (water should be at 1 higher temperature). Very old rooms, old furniture, spotted carpet, antique heating, antiquated tv, renovation is recommended. Space of saunas and jacuzzi much to be desired... No 1 bar so you can relax at the end of the night u to the middle of the afternoon. Very weak breakfast for 1 hotel 4 stars... Very sloppy on the outside. No pre-packaged food machines as described. Summary: 1 4-star spa hotel in which the best of all was the attendance, the rest, well the rest much to wish. I wouldn't come back.

The outside area around the stausee of hotel is very desirable stretched and untreated damage so it was always a beautiful opposite

An exceptional view and rooms paired with the friendliest staff ever! The administrator welcomed kids with two toy bears and was most amiable and helpful! I'd be glad to visit it again for sure and would recommend it to friends too

There was acon, a prevention for health, nordicwalken and progressive muscle relaxation. we liked and the weather played with, also our manager daniela made this good, simply acon googles and log in! there are many places or areas where they can choose, we were 8x on the jump!

The hotel is in a very beautiful place. Nice atmosphere, good staff.
