I had a burrito with chicken meat instead of soya, which I noticed after a few bites. My complaint was first not accepted and debated until I sent a video of how the meat could be pulled apart in fibers. Then followed a half-hearted apology with the offer to offer the next order reduced (then, no need). No understanding showed that I haven't eaten meat for 10 years and now I'm pretty disturbed.
