Grotto Pini - Biasca

After riding for 70km, we stopped at Grotto Pini for lunch and what a surprise! The lady who greeted us was lovely (we guessed it was the owner) and we took place under the trees on a stone table and benches. The food was simple...but spectacular, and the place is just a very nice mix nature and calmness and good food. We all agreed that this was one of the highs of our trip to Switzerland.

Tourist is lost in the grotti of biasca it does not seem. because we are sitting here only among natives who are looking for the shadow and a cool nostrano in these hot days, as we are. everything has been said. There's no food card club here. the wetin says their small offer, and the tessiner teller with wurst, speck and ham tasted from own production, as well as the matured alpine cheese.The figures for the price-performance ratio are only motivated by the strong Swiss franc and the weak euro.

Nice service, good wine and good food. perfect for a midday rest on the way to south

Schön gelegen unter großen Bäumen. Von April bis Oktober geöffnet, ungefähr von 10.30 bis 24.00 Uhr. Einfache Küche von Tessiner Teller, Vitello Tonnato, Roastbeef, verschiedenen Salaten, speziellem Käse bis hin zu Brottorte. Top-Qualität. Gelegentlich Partys mit Essen und Live-Band. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Service ist sehr gut. Viele Einheimische. Ein typisches Tessiner Grotto!
