Cafe Palacito - Biarritz

Hotel very well located in the center of biarritz, very pleasant and professional staff. We spent a great New Year weekend.

We stayed at the cosmopolitan hotel with a friend for a weekend and I recommend it to you! the staff is pleasant, smiling and helpful (especially for the leophile who welcomed us in the rules of art) the rooms are comfortable, the spacious beds and the bathroom maintained (small dish on the towel holder but it does not match my comfort standards) whether for a coffee in clear time on the terrace or a hot chocolate in grey on a sofa, the location and the interior of the decor bring

Second coming for me in this place, I had not said anything first. but it must also be noted when it is good then that is why I am filing this opinion. very welcoming staff. at the bar/restaurant when there are crowds the servers manage the situation and in addition with the smile and friendliness! I highly recommend!

A very good stay in this hotel for a business seminar. super welcome, beautiful organization nothing to say. decor of the main room and very friendly rooms. Thanks to the team for this great management. I'll come back for sure for a personal stay.
