Mcalister's Deli - Bharatpur

We went there after Church on Sunday with two little ones and of course they wanted mac cheese. We were told they didn't have any. Also no soups available. Decided on the nachos however they had no chili or nacho cheese come on really? They did tell us after 10 more minutes they could defrost two child's size mac cheese. When it came out 15 minutes later each little bowl was only half full.

Looks like they will be out of business soon at this rate. Quality is going downhill. Chicken Cesar wrap had deli chicken instead of the strips of chicken breast. They used spring mix instead of romaine. Couldn't find any chicken in my chicken soup. Tea was still good and my smoked turkey sandwich was but consistency is sadly lacking. Please get back to high quality every time. Really don't want to see them gone.

I wish I could give zero stars. They close at 8pm. Ordered at 7pm for pickup time of 7:19. Get there at 7:26 doors are locked staff is cleaning no one will open the door or answer the phone. The order was paid for in full beforehand.

The food is excellent the salads and the spuds fully loaded. It is my favorite place to eat!Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian. But they have a veggie sandwich on a ciabatta which is not bad at all.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free bread and vegetarian options.
