Bidra med feedbackThe best French fries and chili dog with fresh onions in top. Yummy
The drive-thru is very very slow and I sit in line almost 15-20 minutes before I got to order and then after I ordered I sat there going for another 10 or 15 minutes or more so I'm very disappointed in the slow service
I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, when I arrived at 12:14 am, after the person working the register had to run inside from a cigarette break. I was told to park and wait for my sandwiches, because they are being made fresh. I requested to wait for my order at the window, since I was the only customer on the property, but was told that their customer service 'metrics ' were on a timer. The person who took my order, then left the building 'again ' to go outside and finish her a cigarette apparently leaving only one person inside of the restaurant to prepare orders. The person working the cashier remained outside during the duration of my stay. Several other customers came to the drive thru, prompting the cashier to run back inside and take orders only to go back outside and continue talking to a group of random people with music playing and the trunks of their cars opened. An additional employee were amongst the group gathered in the parking lot. After waiting 23 minutes, I finally received my order. I 'm unsure if the pay at this location is the culprit for the perpetual bad service or not, but whoever owns this restaurant needs to invest in it, or simply just shut it down. If there 's any surveillance video, I was strongly suggest it being watched.
Great food great service and grate timing definitely will be coming back.
Typical checkers, though the food was noticeably better in taste at this location. It could have been because it was fresh as I had picked up take out late in the evening. I marked down service by one point because the staff member ask me to pull around to the other window to receive my food even though I was the only one in the drive-thru and did not have a passenger to receive items through the passenger window. Because I had to stretch to reach the outstretched arm of the staff member with my food, my chronic back pain flared and I had a semi-uncomfortable drive to the place I was staying. I'm not saying a random staff member at a random fast food restaurant should know I have chronic pain. But when I'm the only car in a deserted drive through, I shouldn't have to pull around to the other side to get my food when there is a perfectly serviceable window right next to my driver's side.
