The Terrace - Bhagsu

There was not enough staff to serve customers on the terrace, so they were asked to sit inside the restaurant instead. There was only one inexperienced waiter and a manager who refused to speak to customers from different backgrounds. However, the food was very delicious.

The food met expectations, with a good variety in portion sizes. The manager provided a positive experience for those seeking vegetarian options.

This restaurant is one of the worst when it comes to honoring promotions. They had a large sign offering a 15% discount for sharing photos on their Facebook page, but when we followed the instructions, the staff refused to give us the discount. The owner, Skyanshu, was extremely rude and insisted that we first needed to get approval from him before being eligible for the discount. He arrogantly said that he didn't need to be told how to handle these situations. It was a terrible experience in an otherwise lovely town like Dharmshala, all because of people like him. He also mentioned that he was not bothered by negative reviews and didn't care what customers had to say.

The food was excellent, the service here was great. the view from her terrace is one must! the kebabs here are excellent. the chana bhatura that is her special is a must

Must visit for a delicious meal with a beautiful view from the balcony. Made me feel special. Always a great outing at this place.
