Bidra med feedbackIt was our little oasis of calmness in a very crowded mcleodganj. Spent time having cocktails and viewing the sunset each day. A place to visit
After a steep stair climb you reach this place where you may have to call out to check if there is anybody at all to attend. Menu comes after the boy there searches all around the place. The menu had to be shared between us and another unfortunate family that decided to follow us! Simple food ordered (seeing the place we weren't too confident and didnt want to risk) dal fry, paneer butter masala, jeera rice if what was served is all that is named here then I would rename the dishes! Pathetic, horribly wrong dal, paneer and rice. If not for the tiresome climb after a hectic day we would have left the place before ordering. Finally, the bill for these items came after 15mins of follow up when the place had just 2 tables occupied. Sad we had to endure it and live to write this piece! Wouldn't even want to give it a single star!!
Came here after the HuffPost piece on 7 places in McLeod. Mgmt has changed since the article and the only good thing here is the view. The fact that me and my wife were the only people here for an hour was proof of the same. Food lacklustre menu. Didn’t have half the items on the menu. Had 1 peanut chaat and it was flavourless ****. Decided we don’t want to have anything else here. Alcohol menu was severely limited and we were served Nashik wine, not the local fare. Payment Does not accept cards. Or any other digital forms of payment either. I’ve had it with this place. Overall Disappointed is an understatement.
This is the best Cafe in Mcleodganj. One and Only Cafe with great food and beverages with Cool Music with Marvelous Valley View with added outstanding Green Interior design. Extremely happy with their Staff. I had visited multiple cafe's in Dharamshala but it was unique and best. Price is slightly upper side compare to other cafe in same location but their service and other added facilities environment are unique. This cafe located near to Dalai Lama Monastery, Roof top facilities also available but balcony seating arrangement are the best and romantic with beautiful views.
The menu for this place was quite different to what is listed on their website. I assume it has changed owners? The food prices were quite high (eg. 130 for plain rice, normally less than half that price). We decided to just get some tea which was alright. You would great a good view on a clear day but be prepared for prices to match.
