Never experienced such unfriendly employees! Especially the ones at the entrance. I just wanted to quickly say goodbye to a few acquaintances, so I didn 't come back in de abig isch eh verbi, ich sött ahstah even though I had already been to the bar and spent a few hundred francs. In my opinion, something like that doesn 't work at all!!

What a nice bar! If you are more into R&B, POP, Latino kind of vibes, the dj will definitely make you dance!

The bar and the music are generally good, but you should consider hiring professional security personnel. My colleagues and I went to this bar for the first time on Saturday evening and accidentally used the wrong entrance. It was outside. A security guard then stood in our way and said very rudely that we had to use the front entrance. Since this guy wasn't wearing a uniform that would have identified him as a security guard, I didn't immediately understand why he cared whether we walked into the bar from the left or the right. When neither of us said anything, he (by now I had assumed that it must be bar security) asked us, in a more unfriendly tone, if we had never been here before, to which I said no. He then said nothing more, but didn't clear the way for us either. He stood in front of us in silence for what felt like an eternity and looked at us. We didn't know exactly what he wanted from us now. Did he want us to run back out and then just come into the bar from the right side instead of the left? I finally asked if we could still stay here, to which he replied unkindly and cleared the way for us. I have never been approached by security in such a rude manner. Later in the evening I saw the same security guard physically arguing with a young woman over a glass. Although I didn't know what the argument was about, it is highly unprofessional for a security guard to almost come to blows with a young woman in the bar. I would strongly recommend this bar to hire security guards with appropriate training. These people certainly don't work for a professional security company, otherwise they would have worn the appropriate uniform and would know how to treat guests in a friendly manner.

Ich bin hier, um den Mitarbeitern von boreal, Zürich, für ihre Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit zu danken. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der in Zürich einen Kaffee trinken oder schnell frühstücken möchte.

Boreal serviert im Allgemeinen sehr guten Kaffee, aber sie haben ihre freien Tage, an denen der Geschmack einfach nicht zusammen zu kommen scheint. Wahrscheinlich müssen sie ihr Spiel in einem Gebiet, in dem es mehrere großartige Coffeeshops gibt, etwas verbessern.
