As a family we all ate something different and delicious and the kids were given special sized helpings and tastes. And this is in a small but very historic town with great walks and views and quirky corners.
We stumbled upon this by accident when looking for another restaurant that turned out to be closed. So we thought we'd make do with a pizza! How wrong. It turned out to be the most enjoyable and cheapest meal we've had since being in Beziers. I chose the chicken skewer which was beautifully cooked and so tasty, my husband had a lasagne which he really enjoyed and my 19 year old son had a pizza, freshly cooked by the Peruvian pizza makers, which he also really enjoyed. But what made this so special was the hospitality of the Italian waiter ?owner). He couldn't do enough to make our visit enjoyable. He spoke little English and we speak only basic French so he called out the English speaking chef to translate. After our mains he gave us a delicious cheeseboard and some red wine on the house, followed by Limincello! How nice was that. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Unfortunately we go back to England tonight otherwise we would be back again! But there will be a next time and we will visit again. Give it a try.
