El Bracero Grill - Bexar County

1/22/24 9:20am came here this morning and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant except a few sherifs. I waited at least 15 min to be greeted me and hand me a menu being that they hardly had customers I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a few more min. I decided enough was enough and got up and walked out then got on my phone and wrote this review.This restaurant had closed down before due going out of business by not having enough customers. Another person re opened it and still same results so my advice to you keep treating customers this way and you too will be out of business.Last time I will walk in this building and I will encourage my family and friends not to come here and be treated the same.So you see you mess up.with one customer now you have non of my business and the people I know will also know not to come eat here, so my suggestion to you is when you hear that loud chime on the door that nearly frightens you as you walk in give your attention to the paying customer who pays your bill and during the winter I would also suggest to keep the restaurant warm so your food doesn't get cold fast.

Server was very attentive. Best Mexican food I've had and food came out in a timely manner. Will come here

The food is delicious! I love supporting local businesses, especially when their product/service is amazing.The food came out at a reasonable time, and the drinks are delightful. I highly recommend the horchata it's worth the small upcharge.The servers will work with you, and they make sure that you get what you ask for (of course, within reason).The atmosphere is great too. I personally love the personality that the entire restaurant offers. From the music to the tables, it's all great.

Too much cheese on Enchiladas , and server never came BK to see if we needed a refill of tea .. Place was almost empty .. Not returning , but still wish y'all all the luck ..Needs better service ..

Me and my husband came here for breakfast. It was okay, wish they had more vegan items. I had the papa ranchera tacos with a Mexican coke. They gave us complementary chips and salsa. Would be great if they had some vegan cheese or tofu options!
