Lune Döner - Beverstedt

Unsatisfied Ordered two pizzas over the phone. The crust was black and an ingredient was missing from a pizza. For the price it's not possible. We won't order there again. Service: Delivery

We pre-ordered by phone and were told there would be a 40 minute wait. Only then did the order begin to be processed on site on time. It then took another 20 minutes+ until it was finished. There were 4 sometimes even 5 employees busy getting in each other's way. Then parts for fixing the order slips also fell into the sauces. When we arrived at home, the pide was completely dry, as was the pizza, which was also missing fries. A few months ago when I last ordered everything was great...

Ordered for the first time today. Last time the order was canceled shortly before delivery because the meat was gone... Today attempt number 2. The tzatziki from the kebab plate tasted like water and had no spices/garlic in it. Unfortunately it was the worst tzatziki I've eaten in my kebab career so far. The baguette was completely soft but tasted good. Pide was pretty black... But the fries were ok! Conclusion: If the 20% voucher from the last cancellation hadn't been there, I would never have been able to try the worst tzatziki. Can be done, does not have to be.

I have to say the last time was very bad. There was something in the salad that didn't fit in, I won't say more. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
