Dunkin' - Beverly

Dunks is dark, ok donuts, ok coffee, good service! The worker's coffee.

Usually get the Sourdough sandwich and medium coffee. Always good.

I visited Dunks today and I want to express how incredibly kind the man in the drive-thru was. His positivity and warmth truly brightened my day. Although I don't know his name, I hope he realizes the positive impact he had on me and others. We definitely need more people like him!

The customer service was excellent, and the establishment was clean and well-maintained. The device provided a complete menu when opened; however, many items were often unavailable at that time.

I had a hot coffee and two donuts. The service met my expectations. It was a busy weekend morning, typical of a Dunkin' Donuts experience.
