As a first-time reviewer here, I want to explain why this restaurant is the standout location not only among underground eateries, but also among all restaurants. I also need to address a negative and incorrect review that was likely about a different subway location on Sepulveda Blvd and Nordhoff St. This place is truly terrible. Let's not be misled by that review. It's impossible that such a terrible place, hired by our friend Ara, exists. Here are some key points highlighting the greatness of this place: - Exceptional customer service, especially from the manager, Ara - A small, cozy and inviting atmosphere - A menu with total freedom and unique recipes. Individuals like Daniel, a talented sandwich artist with original ideas and delicious creations, is a standout. Ara, the manager, is a true star when it comes to customer service. Don Raúl (Daniel's father) is funny, friendly and hardworking. Melissa is always patient, smiling, and helpful. Vanessa and Vanessa are also creative and friendly. Give yourself a treat and visit this gem on Sepulveda and Plummer. After experiencing so many subpar places, this little spot is not just good, but above average.
