Bidra med feedbackGreat hotel and great experience. There was a problem with my booking by a travel agency. I had booked weeks in advance and found out when I showed up, my reservation was not there. It was jammed before midnight. The host was so friendly and went out of his way to see what he could do. He could find something for me and really saved my trip. The hotel and amenities are amazing and the location could not be better. Thank you.
I had a fantastic stay at the Sirtaj Hotel. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. In particular, Sunney, who was the bartender, was so nice and great to talk to. He was very encouraging when I told him about my upcoming interview. I would highly recommend coming here if you?re looking for somewhere to stay in Beverly Hills.
Positive: No much not was it stated it would be . Stated free parking included but got charged $28 to park . When I spoke to the staff about it they did not want to refund me they were no help . Wall too thin could heat every thing . Negative: Would not recommend.
The one star is for the friendly staff that continuously ran across the street to help open the garage for our rental car. We paid $28 for self-parking and we were inconvenienced by not having any access to the garage. We always had to park on the street to get a receptionist and the garage also has hours so we had to walk through an alley to get to the main entrance of the parking garage. There was an unwaiverable amenity fee. There is no gym, no pool, and the patio is very small. We were given a ?voucher? for amenities (wine or appetizer) , which I do not think is an appropriate charge for an amenity. The room was very small and over priced
This was my second time staying at Sirtaj in the past two years and certainly the worst experience. First off, we walked into a room in which the air conditioner temperature was set to 60F. The room was extremely cold. I called the desk and asked how I can turn the heater on, they told me the room does not have any heater. They did not offer anything to make us more comfortable in our room. We were there for total 3 days/2 nights and received no room service. They indicated to us that room service happens only once every 3 days ... which is nonsense for a 4-star hotel. On our last day, I received a call at 11:04 from the front desk wondering why we had not checked out in a disrespectful tone. We had just finished packing and just about to leave our room. If I were 30 min late, receiving a call would be justified. But receiving a call after 4 min!!!! This is poor manner and poor customer service. I will never ever go back to this hotel and to those who are reading my review, please reconsider if you'd want to book a room with them. Their rooms are extremely small as well.
