Chipotle Mexican Grill - Beverly Hills

This may be the VERY worst Chipotle in all of Los Angeles. Scraped the bottom of the pan for everything beans, meat, rice etc., Just sad. Dried up pinto beans so I chose the slightly moist black beans.Service was beyond slow. There were only 2 of us in line. It was surreal.One guy came out from the back, looked around and then did an about face never to return.Probably no manager yesterday. I'm thankful for having a quick bite though. Maybe they did their best.

I seldom give praise to a fast food spot, however in this case, customer service went a long way! When I asked for my burrito to be made in a particular way, superstar Daniela didn 't hesitate, stepped up and made it happen! Isn 't it great to hear 'yes '?! As the restaurant started to get busy, the manager Christian took over and helped create the most delicious burrito again, without skipping a beat. And I was in and out with cashier Tahir efficiently completing my transaction. This is a solid cohesive team and the pride they showed for their positions translated to my meal and my overall experience. Thank You!

I ordered a steak bowl the young lady gave me a decent portion. Also added veggies and pico de Gallo I was so pleased how fresh everything was!

Dining area was filthy and unappetizing. Food selection limited. Out of many ingredients at serving counter. Scraping the bottom of their serving containers for the last drop of sour cream is disgusting. Folks working there are surly and unfriendly. Not good...and this is in Beverly Hills? A high traffic tourist area...what kind of impression are we giving our foreign friends?

I love it here, staff is nice place is clean and food is very good!
