Starbucks - Bethlehem

Every time I get into this dieucks, the chef cries to her employees about incredibly small problems in the rule over the entire caffe for everyone to hear. it is really unpleasant to sit and work on everything; I'd be angry if I had to work here and always avoid coming in whenever I can. Maybe she thinks she's benefiting her team by constantly “correcting her”, but she doesn't seem to be aware of how unprofessional she is.

I am always very friendly, especially for the hours I visit. coffee is fresh and almost always excellent. we recommend this location!

First off we were waiting in the drive through for at least 5 minutes went around to see if they were closed which they weren’t then we saw employees coming out from the back so we went back through she finally awnsered us with attitude and made horrible drinks didn’t heat up our muffin didn’t add any shots of espresso in our coffee so overall tonight sucked and it wasn’t even 7

People here are always nice and friendly. I take lunch breaks here regularly. I get the matcha green tea latte and it's always tasty. Place is pretty clean generally. I use the app and it's very convenient. Sometimes they get very busy which can slow things down but usually there's no problem

I went to this Starbucks around 12:30ish I believe on New Years Eve and the guy working the drive thru was wonderful he kept a conversation going and was nice! It was the first time I had that kind of experience. I called the store to make a compliment and i hope he hears how well he is doing!
