Fast service, clean areas, friendly staff, and good food. ? ?

Most of the food is very good; pizzas; salads, steaks. Meatballs seem to be too processed and generic. Service over the years is average at best; managers and servers seem to have a low affect in that they have little enthusiasm for what their work and service of customers.

Picked up a small steak sandwich for lunch. I walked in to order. Super quick pleasant service and my food was ready fast. The steak was good, the roll was great. I felt like it was a good value for the size of the sandwich.

The only pizzeria in Bethlehem that still makes the perfect pizza as good as it was 40 years agoThe oven is at the right temp. The hands making the dough are the hands of a pizzaola, who understands the science of such a seemingly simple thing to make.The crust is perfectly balanced, chewy and crisp, bubbles airy, unlike the majority of pizza places that take short cuts and don't use quality ingredients,,and often keep oven temps too low to make a good pie.The tomatoes must be San Marzano, as they should be, for that fresh and fruity sauce and not too much against the perfectly stringy and chewy mozz, creating that perfect harmony of artistry. The closest I've found to Joe's Pizza, NY

The food is so good and most of the workers are really nice, except for the lady that was working 1/25/2024 in the evening. She is so rude and has so much attitude. Maybe don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle it. This used to be my go to place but now I will not go after how rudely I was spoken to.
