Had such a pleasant experience tonight at Pat’s. Erinni was a great server, she knew the perfect balance of checking on us and letting us enjoy our meal. She was funny and personable. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Brought a friend with us, it was his first time and he raved about it. We’ll keep coming back!Vegetarian options: They have beyond meat and meatless crumbles for the pasta!Kid-friendliness: Not a stuffy place but QUALITY food. Good place to take kids!

Pats is such a gem!! The food is ALWAYS on point. This time I tried the pasta flights and they did not disappoint! You get to try 3 of your choice, my personal favorite was the Sophia Loren. It's like a little pasta pouch with a burst of flavor inside, tossed in a tasty sauce ?. Their sandwiches (on house made focaccia! , pizza's, and specialty salads are all delicious too.On top of that, our server Tatiana (sorry if I misspelled was SUPER fun and helpful, and the restaurant itself has a sort of modern and clean feel while not being overly fancy. There's also a greenery wall with a sign that's great for photo ops.100% a must try for Lehigh Valley dining!

Honestly disappointed with this place. The pasta was cold and the wings did not have enough sauce on them. Service was decent however was told the kitchen was backed up repeatedly. We wanted to love it however we don’t think we will be back.Food: 2/5

Delicious food! Tastes the way my grandmother would cook an amazing pasta dish! The cacio de pepe, is so rare to find, it was prepared masterfully!Food: 5/5
