I had a lovely experience at CPK. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and were seated immediately. Our server, Nel, was great, and we didn’t have to wait long for our drinks or food. They offer a variety of gluten-free options, which was a nice surprise, and they even included a little stick in the food to indicate which items were gluten-free. The menu had a good selection, and I ordered a pizza. It wasn’t the best pizza I’ve ever had, but it was quite good.

I absolutely love this place! It never disappoints with its high-quality pizzas, salads, and desserts. The customer service is excellent, thanks to all the employees!

Now, let’s talk about the food and service. We started with the Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer, and it was outstanding. I had no idea that cauliflower was enjoyed during the Tang Dynasty—what a delightful surprise! The flavors were so intense, it felt like a thrilling rollercoaster ride for my taste buds. For our main courses, we ordered the Shrimp Scampi Zucchini Pasta and the California Cobb Salad, both of which were delicious. The Shrimp Scampi was perfectly seasoned with garlic, and the zucchini and pasta were beautifully presented. Absolutely impressive! We were also surprised to find that CPK is offering “Take and Bake Pizzas.” With every dine-in order, you can take home a pizza to bake for just $5. We tried our Take and Bake pizzas, and they were fantastic! Our waiter, Thinh, truly enhanced our experience. He was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive, and extremely polite—what a pleasure it was to be served by him. It’s clear that CPK can’t remain stagnant for years. With an increase in diners, it might be worth considering a fresh new look. I think guests would greatly appreciate a modern update. After being closed for part of the last year, a crisp, fresh environment would be wonderful. You have an excellent staff and great food. As your former governor famously said, "I’ll be back!"
