Panera Bread - Bethel Park

Had a group of 10. Orderd bagels and Danish before the menu change. Thanks to KEN the catering manager.

Panera Bread used to be a nice place. Now it's a shadow of its former self: Small potions, coupled with high prices, combined with very poor service equals VERY poor value. This store is one of the worst. The staff is incompetent, very poorly trained, and no sense of a service mindset. You can do much better somewhere else.

Broccoli cheese soup was delicious. Chipotle chicken sandwich was spicy and tasty.

Grand Service And Also Good Atmosphere. ?????Good Times.

Took a while for us to be waited on, when we were the only ones in line and then when I got my food, it was cold. Maybe a bad day for them? Only got two orders with 2 drinks and it was pricey for the little bit of food we got.
