Bruegger's Bagels - Bethel Park

I appreciate that the restaurant was open early to take orders. The food was fresh and everyone enjoyed the large variety of bagels. There is something for everyone to enjoy in their selection.

Two of the sandwiches were prepared poorly. The farmhouse sandwich was missing ham, the cream cheese had a gritty texture, and the bacon was overly greasy. The bacon and egg sandwich, which was not supposed to have cheese, had ham and cheese on it. We were very disappointed with this order, as it is usually amazing and we always look forward to ordering it.

I did not get what I ordered. The item I did receive was on the wrong type of bagel. This is the second time this has happened when I ordered plain bagels. Additionally, when I ordered Light garlic herb cream cheese, they gave me diet plain cream cheese instead (Light plain), which has now happened three times.

I wish they would offer salt bagels as one of the choices

Cant lie, even reheated, these bagels are pretty darn good. Coffees always hot and again, darn good bagels.
