Dunkin' - Bethel

Back in March 2021 this place was the bees knees, super fast drive- up window service that was hard to believe. Now, it's August, I've been patronizing the place regularly for 5 months, and the service is a husk of what it once was. I don't know what changed or why, but today's lunch run was disappointing. I asked for extra and didn't get it. I asked for sweetened and got unsweetened. It's not the first time this has happened, which is why I'm leaving such a negative review. I don't like leaving negative reviews. I don't have time to run back in to have my orders fixed though because I only have 30 mins for lunch. All she has to do is pay better attention to what was ordered.

Nice place. Ordered a brown sugar cold brew cold foam the other day and it was one of the best coffees ive ever had. Came back the next day and ordered it again, but it came out like a normal cold brew that cost me $2 extra :

My kid wanted donuts for her class. We did the drive thru. They charged me my donuts and the order behind me and also tried to hand me the order behind me coffee and coke. When I said I just wanted the donuts the other was not my order they didn’t know how to return the money. After 10 min of them discussing how or what I told them to just “pay it forward” and give the next car its product free. Honestly I would had said that since the beginning but as soon as they noticed the mistake the closed the window on me. Nice people but a bit lost on their system. The donuts were ok according to the teens but teens are always hungry :

Please stop putting granulated sugar in iced drinks. Make simple syrup and I’ll give you a 5star review and buy y’all lunch. Deal?

Dunkin is Dunkin. Good, reliable, clean. I love Dunkin and am glad we have so many that we can stop at one no matter where we go.
