Dunkin' - Bethany Beach

Very popular location for great cold and hot drinks, ranging from hot black coffee to iced coffee, smoothies, and much more. They're located right by a large hotel and just outside of downtown Bethany, so they can get very busy. During peek hours, expect at least a short wait. Every visit, the staff have been very kind. Service is very good, though I have had some problems with my orders such as wrong size drinks. The breakfast food has been mostly hit or miss. Not my preferred location for breakfast food, but acceptable when I'm feeling lazy and don't want to cook. Overall a very good place to stop for morning coffee or an afternoon drink to cool off.

Terrible service! This place is garbage! We ordered 2 Caramel Lattes with almond milk and a hot coffee with cream. You have the whole order wrong. When we told the girl on the ride through the coffees, they just gave us wrong, they refused to take her back. Then they made our order wrong. I'm pretty sure they just gave me a cup of milk with caramel sauce because it's just white. We had six coffees wrong. The girls were rude, dismissed and I'm pretty sure they were high. The staff is always friendly and they are in line with the service.
