Medium Rare - Besthesda

Food never disappoints here. Consistently good. Steak is tender. Fries are perfect. Salad, tasty. Bread warmed and crusty. Wines well priced. Fully enjoyed it despite the noisiness.

Service was too fast salad came first, then the bread, then the wine. Portions are most generous. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food served. Noise level high. Lots of fun. Great for families.

I used to love Medium Rare, but the service and food consistency have done a nosedive over the past year or so. My son got a gristly piece of meat, our meat was all overcooked, and the server visited us for a check in well after it was fixable. The seconds meat was better but took way too long to arrive. With such a simple menu, one would expect good service and consistency to be achievable, but no longer the case at Medium Rare on Bethesda, sadly. Our reservation was 6pm, so it wasn't crowded that wasn't an issue.

A very unique place. Prix fixe with one choice on the menu. The steaks were very good and cooked to order and the special sauce was tasty. The fries were great crisp and thin. Without even asking, we were served a second portion of the steak and fries. So even though the steak isn 't the biggest I 've had the two that you get certainly make it worthwhile. I had the key lime pie for dessert and it was a nice sized piece of pie with a lot of whipped cream. Very tasty. If you 're in the mood for what 's on the menu then I would very much recommend Medium Rare.

Very busy Thursday but Highly recommending medium rare Bethesda, my husband and I had a great dinner we had our dog with us, the was hostess was lovely and sweet she sat us outside, the view and the silence outside is so peaceful. Server was so attentive , Food is extremely delicious, drinks very affordable desserts are yummy! Nothing bad to say! We enjoyed it and will be back.
