Ruby Tuesday - Bessemer

Pros: None Cons: The carpet was noticeably dirty you could smell it when you walk in. Caked dust all over the air vents and holes in the ceiling. The salad bar had hand prints smeared all over the sneeze guard and the back splash behind has not been cleaned in a very long time. This could be seen by our table over 30 feet away. Waaaay overpriced for the same quality of food as frozen. Glass of diet coke was $3.79! Our waitress was nice enough, but pushed way too hard for upgrades. My wife had to say no less than 5 times to the point we considered walking out. Conclusion: I can certaining understand why Ruby Tuesday is on the edge of bankruptcy. terrible, terrible experience.

The worse tasing white sangaria in the world. I can't even choke it down Never again.

Not the best service and I wouldn't recommend this particular location. The food was alright but as far as the service and atmosphere I expect this location to close soon. The bar and wait staff hung out around the restaurant like the customer didn't matter.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! We arrived at 5:30 and was seated immediately. Took the waitress 20 minutes to take our order and another 35 minutes to get it. The salad bar was not appealing at all. No lettuce nor tomatoes and salad dressing was spilled all over the bar. Our food finally came and we were not pleased at all. We will definitely not dine here again

I I went to Ruby Tuesday's for my birthday lunch. It was delicious. And all good. The salad bar was delicious. My lemonade was the bomb. And my cake ice cream was delicious. I will come back to this location again. Hope you will too.
