Mom's Deli - Bessemer

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. The prices were inaccurate and when I pointed it out he came up with a card charge excuse. I did the math with the additional charge and it was still supposed to be less than they were charging, not by a few cents but dollars. The manager Andy is a liar and he’s rude and unprofessional. The cashier was also ghetto and rude. The salad had more onions and bell peppers than anything! It was a tiny salad for what they charged. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Definitely wont step back in this place.

Horrible no regards for customer service… It was a nice place I don’t know what happened to it but I wouldn’t ever step foot in this place if you value service and quality… 10 thumbs down and they rude no

My hamburger was nasty the meat tasted old and like gamie wings was to hard for all that money it could have been fresh..

I love this restaurant! It's right around the corner from my house, I can order on the phone and send someone to pick up for me, the food is so delicious, friendly, smiling, clean and reasonable.Thanks Mom's Deli!PS I ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER AND FAN!

The issue I had. I ordered a burger and fries. It took well over 30minutes tio get my food but there were other patrons that came in well after me that their order before me. The owners didn't even notice they had a patron waiting that long. That didn't make me feel appreciated as a patron.
