Kfc - Bessemer

Drove straight up and ordered just after 7:00 just to say they had no original or crispy chicken ready. I agreed to wait 16 minutes, but it was 19:30 when a nice young man brought the food to my car. I asked what took so long and asked if someone stopped. I told the girl on the window that the orders gave me the wrong person's food. When I came home, there was no Gravy in the bag for the potatoes. The connection from Ekel to my child?s face has summarized our entire experience tonight.

Absolutely worst experience ever!!! did a mobile order that they advertise and they locked all doors and we stopped waiting in the drive waiting for an hour only for them to tell us that they don't know what a mobile order was and laughed about it. then we wait another 40 minutes outside while everyone gets his food and leaves. They would never answer their phone and just sit outside in the restaurant to listen to music. We finally get our food and come home to them, don't give us any whole guts. We called them and told them about it, and they wanted to say rude? Are you sure that's in there? Absolutely terrible service, though the manager would be the only nice one who finally listened to us.

50/50 You never know how the chicken will be or whether they will screw up your order, so make your own mind Bessemer kfc is the bomb, so you have a few extra minutes to drive your head.

Excellent Customer Service!! The young lady at the drive thru was so so Amazing!! She had a super great personality!! She was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure our experience was ?!!!

Had dinner here last night on 10/15/21. 2 people working. Let me tell you this is the only Place in Hueytown you can get good service now! Thank you to those 2 hard workers who didn?t complain not one time being short staffed and to get my large order to me! Will be back! Keep up the good work!
