Fantastic food, large portions and super friendly staff

Delicious food, vegan drinks options and cozy atmosphere. The juices are amazing, and there is a vegan option daily (to the best of my knowledge). Would definitely recommend!

The restaurant is small but offers a beautiful seating area in a Californian/Swedish ambience. It is one of the few places in Besançon where you can find gluten-free foods that are not connected with meat! The owner is the sweetest man at all, and he will go out his way to make sure you are satisfied and not leave unbearable from your food. It is not quite vegan because of the cheese (some bagels also have salmon), but the main drive here is vegetarian. Try it out and you will not be disappointed!!
