The Outta Space - Berwyn

The open mic was kind of one note (almost all quasi folky singer songwriters) but the staff and clientele is friendly,parking is free, and creativity reigns there.. But try to sign up early for the open mic or you could be waiting a long time. The excellent art is by Mekons member Jon Langford.

We had a lovely time listening to Jazz and Bunny at the bar was so pleasant and accommodating. We ordered pizza from flapjack and it was delicious. Great pace.

A home away from home, it's one of my favorite music venues and creative spaces.

More like a clubhouse or a community center, but the bar is accessible and surprisingly well stocked, and you can order fantastic Pizza from the place next door. A wonderful close knit vibe among the musicians and fans who meet there.

Great venue, amazing bartender and fantastic programming! Such a great asset to the community!
