Dunkin' - Berwyn

Always have the right order and always ready when I arrive.

Pretty sure this Dunkin brews coffee once and serve it throughout the week. The coffee is nasty i wish they would fix that. The food was alright.

I ordered a hot latte and they gave me a cold latte? looking at the coffee I am not even sure if it?s fresh? this Dunkin should close down

It was a chilly day, so I thought I would venture to Dunkin? for a hot pumpkin latte and a chocolate donut. When I arrived, I was disappointed to see that I would not be getting a chocolate donut or any other baked goods because there were zero donutsand almost nothing else. I can forgive this, since it was the afternoon. They likely don?t want to waste, with which I agree.So, after patiently waiting my turn, I ordered my hot latte. As I stepped outside, I removed my mask anticipating a tasty sip ofmy hot latte. It was cold. Not even slightly warm, but flat out cold. How do you even accomplish that when you are making onedrink? It was a highly disappointing waste of $5 that I won?t be repeating.

The closest location to my daughter and unfortunately, the most disorganized, gross, and disappointing in the area. Our orders were always wrong (always, even when through the App or allergies were made known), the staff never change their gloves betweenthe register and the food, and everyone is either missing masks or they are under their nose. Also, SO much fighting because theolder staff don't seem to respect the younger staff? No more. My grandkids loved the munchkins, but now we get them at Wegmansand call it a day. Ugh.
