Bidra med feedbackA jewel of an inns. You could not hope that a lovely old place really cozy and traditional, with friendly owners and employees. there is a large selection of traditional pub food and a very nice selection of frequently changing specialties. well cooked, delicious food served in good time. also the beer and the apple wines loved. outside the sitting corner extends into a beer garden with views of the landscape. we recommend the olde globe inn for a great evening in a cozy atmosphere.
Great traditional old style pub, staff were friendly and the food was amazing. Will definitely visit again.
Fantastic Sunday lunch; the Vegetable Wellington was superb as were the accompanying dishes, all prepared from scratch and freshly cooked; what a pleasure. The pub itself is cozy, well maintained, and has a sense of history being so old. The service was efficient and friendly and had a friendly vibe. There is a good sized beer garden and a carpark to the rear for patrons. Just up the road there is the village shop car park which is much larger and also free.
Just a short walk from where we were staying, this restaurant is quite charming and has a lot of character, both inside and out. The staff was really nice and friendly. It was very busy, as expected for this time of year, but our orders arrived on time, and everyone enjoyed their meals. While the vegetarian menu was somewhat limited, my lasagna was delicious and satisfying. My friends had no complaints about their dishes either. Both the sorbet and the ice cream I had were excellent.
I visited this restaurant three times during my holiday, and each time the food was excellent with generous portions. The weather was lovely, allowing us to enjoy our meals in the garden. It’s also dog-friendly, with a water dish available and some tasty options for our furry friend. Keep in mind that they only serve a limited number of diners, so it's advisable to make a reservation.
