Mcdonald's - Berrien Springs

I can’t believe they have a time when ice cream is no longer being served that is insane to me. I used to work for mcdonald’s 14 years ago and the machines are not that hard to clean or keep open

Never ever go here if it's busy, you will regret it. And while people arriving after you in the other drive thru line get served (while you continue to wait), don't ever ask what's going on, because you'll get some serious blowback from the manager. That said, the cooks seem to do good work, so I think this place has the potential to become an actual functioning restaurant.

Trash over flowing. Couldnt clean off our table, no where to put it.

Poorest management I've ever seen! Under trained staff,long lines, rude management, saw roaches in bathroom, surprised it hasn't been closed down by now!

This is probably as much about McDonald's mobile app ordering: I ordered a large Diet Coke via the Mobile App. I was given a FULL cup of ice with a little Diet Coke between the ice cubes. Other locations seem to do a better job at giving you a soft drink. Probably won't come back to this location again and definitely will not use the mobile app at this location. As a note: There was no way to specify light or no ice in the beverage via the mobile app.
