Bidra med feedbackThis place is very happy. I started my coffee adventure to Starbucks in the Plaza next door, arrival at 1402, only to find that they closed at 2:00!!! Dunkin' was good and really open, fully personalized and served excellent coffee. The donuts were so good that I had to go back shortly before I could go! But they only get 4* because the lady who served me my second help from Donuts went from sorting money from the cash register with bare hands to pick up my donuts. Even if she used a paper slip, I believe that an alcohol gel was first justified.
Seriously blow away how kind the staff is here. I accidentally ordered my coffee too sweet. I went back to ask if they don't mind making me a new one, and they pulled me out of the line to help me and make my coffee less sweet. They did it quickly and with kindness. It was even a free drink I got on the app. The staff works hard and grateful. Friendly begets friendly. Treat everyone with kindness and you get kindness back. Compared to NYC locations, this Dunkin’ 10x is better.
I just wanted to leave a nice review because this Dunkin is incredibly well managed; the manager was involved in the shift this day and they were incredibly friendly and definitely at the top of the breakfast brush that was in full swing.
I worked almost 2 years from this area, and I love to come to this DD place every morning, the things are very friendly, place is nice and clean, also the manager is nice and friendly with the customers, beautiful place
Have been coming here regularly for about one year with no problems, until last week. First, I ordered curbside pickup and after ten minutes I went inside. I was told they showed no order. When I showed them my phone with the order confirmation and that my card was charged, they said there was nothing they can do. So I had to order another coffee inside. After getting the coffee, I realized I was charged over $2.50 too much. When I brought it up, I was told “oh we got a new system and some of the prices ring up wrong”. That was it. No offer to refund me or fix the problem. Since then the same thing has happened two more times. Both times I pointed out I was being charged too much and they canceled it out and entered the correct figure. When I explained that they can’t keep charging too much and hoping no one notices I was told “it’s not our fault, we got a new system and sometimes it charges too much”. The manager was not there any of the three times. So make sure that you are being charged the right amount because they are happy to charge too much and hope you don’t notice. Edit: originally gave 1 star because of experience above, but since then, I have been going almost every day and the staff is amazing, friendly and quick. Other than the problem switching to the nee system, everything has been great there.
