Dutch Bros Coffee - Bernalillo

The coffee is good. I would say that it's a but more smooth and mild than Starbucks. It does seem that most of their drink options are sweet and loaded with cream and flavorings. I asked the young lady to give me something that would be good for a first time visit. She ordered one of their winter specials. I didn't catch the name but is was a nice creamy, very sweet blend with a strong eggnog flavor. Not my thing but nice. The design of this drive thru franchise is interesting. Tip: the easiest entry to the drive thru for a large truck is in the ally behind. Avoid the car wash drive next door.

Shark attack more like Dimetapp. I stopped getting coffee drinks because they add chocolate milk to EVERYTHING! It's probably in this Rebel that tastes like cough syrup! Too too much syrup! I guess it is back to Starbucks! The Dutch Bros in Washington are BETTER!

My daughter and I went this morning and the customer service was out of this world! They made us feel so Welcome And there was so much laughter after that this will make my day! Thank you guys so much all of you for the laugh and the great customer service that you guys have provided.

How is your day going??? I really love their attitude. I have the app and had a Unicorn Blood (strawberry, white chocolate and almond) I always request half sweet. I will try these tasty milk shake drinks in other flavors. Get the app!

It seems they are hiring people who don't hold the values and emphasis in customer service as they first did when they arrived in this area. Every time I come to this location they seem annoyed at my order and when I tell them it doesn't seem right they fight with me, they literally tell me I'm wrong. I get the same drink at 2 other locations in the area and they taste the same but when I come here for some reason they just can't get it right. I always tip well also, either the $2 or $3 or 25% depending on the options it gives after payment and they could care less. Don't be in customer service if you don't like people plain and simple. Once again I am out over $12 before tip and my drink is terrible. Such a disappointment.
